And what I found in my real life is that over use of tech may cause mental illness and stress. From Aswathy Das’s analyze about the relationship between mental illness and technology addiction, I understand that the occurrence of internet addiction is 1.6 fold higher on people who is anxiety and stressful. This kind of addiction is untouchable and stealthily exist in daily life. The harm that such addiction brings to us is not only physical but also psychological. Especially we teenagers should pay more attention to our mental health and the control of Internet addiction.
